When you create an account we collect your name, work email address, and company name. When you connect HubSpot we access deal, contact, and engagement data from your CRM. We also collect basic usage data such as actions taken within the app and credit usage.
We use your data solely to provide the ReviveIQ service — to score deals, enrich contacts, and generate outreach recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your CRM data to train AI models.
ReviveIQ uses the following third-party services to deliver its functionality: Anthropic Claude API for AI scoring and email drafting, HubSpot for CRM data access, People Data Labs for contact enrichment, Exa.ai for company news enrichment, and Supabase for data storage and authentication.
ReviveIQ connects to HubSpot with read-only permissions. We never modify or delete your HubSpot data. The only write action we perform is creating tasks in HubSpot when you explicitly request it.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We encrypt credentials at rest and use row-level security to ensure your organization's data is isolated from other organizations. We do not store your HubSpot password.
